  1. You meant he didn’t sign; Texas coaches were just there a week in a half ago I believe; still a faint sign of hope
  2. Yo guys, know of any UT tailgates today?
  3. Not a suprise, he has always been a soft committ
  4. Guys this team is still really young, we were never realistically in the National Title conversation, first step is winning the conference. I saw growth in areas that we need it: Cornerback- Anthony Cook played a great game considering he has not started in many games Linebacker- Our linebackers are getting better and showing more awareness on the field. Running back- Roschon is creating separation as a running back There is a lot to be desired and we left a lot on the field Saturday but we have faced a really tough schedule with injuries that would normally cripple a team, luckily we have talent depth, we just need these backups to get more field time, in the big picture, this is great for the program "Rome was not built in a day"
  5. Not Impressed with Zach Evans, we should not bend over backwards for this kid; Kendall Milton is better IMO
  6. It's not the conference, it's gauranteed early playing time IMO
  7. I think the kids tell something to someone behind closed doors but it gets out; when it does, I think players feel things get out of their control,I think the report is legit but the info should not have gotten out.
  8. I am a little concerned with Roschon's arm strength, when I saw him in the UA All American game, his ability to throw an out seems to be a struggle. He reminds me of Jerrod Heard as a QB. We'll see how it pans out but I see him switching to WR eventually.
  9. Guys calm down on Sheppard, this guy is just a kid. Let him enjoy the process. We are grown ass men worried about what a 17 year old is going to do with his life the next 3-4 years. If I were him, I'd be enjoying the process as much as possible as well. We were all kids once, when I was 17, I was dating a girl who thought we'd be together for the rest of our lives, I was not that committed at the time, most of us have been there, LOL; we just have forgotten what it is to be young and have the entire world to look forward to. FYI I think he sticks to his original commitment.
  10. He will be missed, but we needed to move someone out b/c we are stacked at WR, I do not want to see anyone of our wideouts transfer
  11. I called that commitment before it happened b/c I had an inside that coached that kid in high school, wonder what ended up happening with him after he transferred
  12. It's funny to see everyone freak out about our class, this was a solid recruiting year, if the coaching staff continues to build this team up and the results come, Texas will be fine. Do Not Panic....
  13. Any recommendations for a fast growing tree for the back yard, I have one Burr oak but I fear it will catch oak wilt down the road
