I don't get it. I watched Daingerfield win state against Lufkin Dunbar in Nacogdoches (1968) in the DRIVING RAIN. Nobody got hurt. Nobody melted. Packed house. It rained starting about four hours before game time and ended the next day.

I got 2 tickets also. We are going, but still looking for 2 more tickets. My kids will probably get these 2. My wife and I can watch in a bar on Bourbon Street.

I want to see who actually will be playing as some players from both sides will have grade issues, opt out for draft, and of course there will be those that just cannot help themselves once they get to Bourbon St and end up being sent home for doing something stupid.

Georgia gave me the worst sports pain of my life.... Cotton Bowl in 1984 (1983 season). Never have I seen a team win a game as outclassed as Georgia was that day. I believe they crossed the 50 yardline twice all game (or something ridiculous like that). It turned out that this cost us a national championship. Revenge is a dish best served cold.
