I saw that OSU is wanting depositions from coaches again and Swoopes. I thought UT agreed to a settlement to make this go away once Perrin came on board? Any insight here?

Regardless of whether OSU settles, there is no way Swoopes is subject to the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma civil courts. The court can issue a subpoena to have Swoopes testify, but there isn't any way on God's earth that an Oklahoma judge is going to order Texas authorities to arrest Swoopes and then have Swoopes extradicted to Oklahoma to serve jail time for contempt for failing to appear.

The Oklahoma court cannot forcibly compel any resident of Texas to travel to Oklahoma to testify.

Any updates on the Baylor rape case fiasco? Or has that been successfully swept under the rug now?

If so, no way I'd send my daughter to that school.

it happens at the majority of schools.  so if sexual assault is a criteria to eliminate a school, you'll have a very very short list.

The majority of schools keep a rapist on campus on athletic scholarship while on trial - including in classes with the student he raped?  They made her change her schedule so she wouldn't have to see him.   Briles never kicked him off of the team, and as recently as the summer the coaches were talking about him as part of the depth chart.

That doesn't happen at a majority of schools.  See how Strong responded here at Texas.

the answer to your question is no.

however, my statement was "sexual assault happens at the majority of campuses" not "sexual assault by players on the football team..."  football players aren't the only students on the campus.

How many schools knowingly recruit football players who are rapists? They knew what they were getting and took it anyway.

I would also challenge the idea that most schools do nothing after the enabling of a rapist leads to a sexual assault on their campus.
