What time is the BOR meeting today

Got a lot of things going on this morning and will not we able to F5 all morning. IMO that after BOR meeting is when we will know who our OC is. I hope they announce the whole staff at that time too.

 
BOR would have to approve the salaries of over a million right? JMHO, that is what UT is waiting on to announce staff. No insight here just hoping

b. U. T. System: Discussion and appropriate action regarding individual personnel matters relating to appointment, employment, evaluation, compensation, assignment, and duties of presidents (academic and health institutions), U. The BOR meeting should be over. So we are still in a holding pattern on the OC hire?

 
Contract approved by BOR:

5-year, $25 million

An added 3% of his salary for top five finish, 2% for a top ten finish

Buyout to Louisville paid: $4.375 million.

An annual raise of $100K

$100K for Big 12 title

$100K for a national title game appearance

$250K for a national championship

$100K for national coach of the year

Those incentives look pretty token. Even if he accomplished all that, it's not much more than a 10% bonus on the year. A NC should be worth at least $1M.

He will get a new contract if he wins the NC anyway
