Weekend started off bad. Asked the wife to pick up some Q on her way home. There s no really good BBQ in Katy. There is a Rudy's and that acceptable.

No, she stops at Big Daddy's BBQ.

WHAT!!! These guys should be shot for sterving that in Texas. Big Daddy must be some New Jersey small time mobster in the waste management business that dumpster dives for scraps and serves them in restaurant. Come on. Less than fifteen minutes after eating that crapola I have horrible gas.

Tomorrow I'm smoking pork chops and drinking Breakfast Stout while watching the game.
