Texas punter Michael Dickson has been named to the 2017 Ray Guy Award pre-season watch list, along with 28 other candidates. Dickson was a finalist for the award last season (first ever for the Longhorns) and ultimately lost the honor to Utah punter Mitch Wishnowsky.
In 2016 Dickson averaged 47.4 yards on 65 punts for a total of 3079 yards.
