Texas/Cal betting line

The betting line on the game is doing some screwy things.

We all know it opened up at Texas +1.5 and then almost immediately went to Texas +7.

Right now, Bovada has the line on the Cal/Texas game restricted. It actually looks as if they aren't taking any more bets on the game as the line is locked out at Texas +6.5. Anyone know why? 5Dimes has the line at Texas +5 about 5 minutes ago and now it is down to Texas +3.

Why would Bovada have the line locked out and what is going on with the line going from +5 to +3 back to +5 in 5 minutes. yea, I know it looks like someone just laid off a huge bet on texas, but to move the line 2 points to be able to get someone to take the size? Something isn't making sense. It would be a house balancing its book because no shop is going to screw another for 2 points if they need to balance out.

There is a story here somewhere.

And at 11:18 it is back down to Texas +3.

11:23 - back out to +5. WTF!?

11:25 +3.

And moving the O/u by 28.5 at the same time? And having it bounce back out to +5 right after to goes to +3?! Something screwy is going on.
