We all know that recruiting season is in full swing, but for the players who are already here the first Coaching duty that Herman will have with these players is developing an Off-Season Strength and Conditioning program.  Who will be his Coordinator/Coach for this program.  In my mind this is where he starts getting the players to buy into what his plans are for this football program and they start to develope that ability and will to win.

Good question. I wish there was a way they could retain Pat Moore. He produced results. Our players were in great shape and made significant physical gains under his guidance.

I understand Moore and Charlie and pretty tight. I don't know what Moore's plans are now but I'd be tickled if Herman found a way to keep him aboard.

Moore was great but I'm down for something new in the hopes that it helps results in more than 5 wins

Isn't Tim Brewster a TE coach?

What is his role at UT if we bring him back? Why do we need Traylor if he returns?

I do not want anyone from the old coaching staff. Traylor may be a great recruiter awful special teams coach
If you're only counting field goal kicking, sure. He coached some of the best gunners in college football. 8?3 never seen players get to the ball carrier like Kris Boyd and Brandon Jones have been coached up too.

I want our guys to get bigger and stronger in the trenches on both sides of the lines and our receivers to become Larry Fitzgerald Physical when they play .  Hell I want the other teams secondary to be scared of our receiver because they are so physical.

Moorer may be the only success story this staff really had, outside of recruiting.

We were in excellent physical condition. Players developed under him big time. Stark contrast from Mad Dog's twinkie thing.

If you will remember the opener against ND. Even the game announcers were talking about how buffed up our guys were.

Unfortunately those ripped muscles

didn't translate to any wins. I will say we had fewer muscle injuries this season I believe.
