today I could not log in and I was told they had no record of my screen name or password. then while I was reading the thread...new guidelines, it suddenly appeared....

Happened to me a while back as well. I found that if you try to log in on the home page it wont let you. Go to the forums first then log in. Worked for me

This might be the issue as well. Go to settings on your browser and search for "clear" then manage data and delete anything hornsports if you dont want to clear everything. 20 cookies related to hornsports! Ouch.

I have been getting that as well. I appreciate the good ideas from this thread. Obviously I was able to log on when I posted it. My reason for posting it was thinking there might be another clueless person out there that also could not log on and perhaps the certain genius responses from the more capable might help out......y'all did not let me down.

This is not unique to this site. It's happening on other sites as well. I think it's twitter or X thing. Hell, it may even be an Elon thing
