i'd say it's in large part because so many were expecting a Tier 1 guy.

For myself, I'm a bit disappointed due to that, but I think Strong could be excellent. I am, however, concerned about his alleged insistence on bringing his DL coach, who apparently we're not embracing. The guy has NCAA sanctions against him, and he can't recruit thru this whole calendar year. Further, he lied to the NCAA during the investigation, so this is a legit concern, IMO
