I bought a 40 inch 1080P from WalMart for $179. It is my first HDTV. Before you laugh, I am your dad or grandfather and only buy when things break. Had my last tv for over 20 years.

I went to the corner store for a newspaper and some cigarettes. Ain't leaving the house again today.

Only time ill leave the house all weekend is for beer and or cigarettes. I ain't tangling with all the shitty traffic and dumbass shoppers.

I am in mourning for the Longhorns and Cowboys and haven't left the house..but..I have a wife that loves to shop so I sent her.

I stay the hell away from the stores on these days. Nice grab with the TV though. My dad hit Bass Pro Shops this morning at 5:30 and picked up a nice Masterbuilt electric smoker. Nice grab for him.... I'm still trying to finish the bottle of Woodford Reserve Bourbon I opened last night.... Still pissed.

My dad had one of those smokers and I remember his asking me one time. "I'm smoking a turkey and a fresh ham together. Do you want your turkey dripping on your ham or your ham on your turkey?" What a dad. RIP pops..
