Just curious--now that the deadline has passed---does anyone know the final total for renewals. Did it drop or stay the same ?

No idea, but I'd bet the farm that it dropped, and dropped considerably.

Let's put it this way, there will be an ungodly amount of tix on StubHub this year.

Thanks Stevie for opening up all the $20 - $50 tickets I'll be able to buy between 15th and DKR this season.  You are a real jackass but fans like me will profit from your stupidity.

Best regards to all of you who make the big dollar contributions to the LF only to be butt wacked by the new man in charge. And I thought the former AD was a loser.  God Bless UT!  The "powers" that be made another "damn coaching mistake" in this AD hire.  I sure hope it doesn't take as long to correct it as the last one did.

I went ahead and renewed this year but it will probably be my last. I'm getting too daym old to be sitting standing in the hot sun when I can be sitting on my couch drinking a cold beer for a lot less money. 30+ years of season tickets is enough, time to pass the torch.

Poster on OB quotes Chip Brown saying renewals down 12k from last year to 43k. Roughly half of our high in 2010.

Mediocrity + price hikes = screw it.

Actually there will less on Stub Hub. .. because unless you donate the full value (those that are grandfathered donation, less than full value donation) you can not sell on the open market.

guys will figure out a way to dump tickets. And the area around Sholz's will look like a Moroccan bazaar on game days this year.

My point is that with Stub Hub being the Official Ticket Partner of UT, lower renewals will mean more inventory of tickets for the Texas Box Office to sell.

I could see Patterson making certain blocks of those tickets that were not renewed available to Stub Hub for resale.

I upped mine from 4 to 6 tickets.....with hopes Charlie gets things fixed. I don't mind backing a team when the school shows they care about putting a champion on the field. Now if Augie or Patterson doesn't fix baseball I may drop those tickets for next year. I dropped football the previous season when Mack failed to fire Manny Diaz. I then renewed them last year because  Mack fired Diaz and showed he wanted to fix things. .....

I started my tickets in 1970--Sec 13----After 4 or 5 moves and Fortyfive years later I am in Sec 29---I am 99% sure this is my last year. I normally sell 1-2 games each year. I guess I am not allow to do that anymore!!
