Sunday's rubber match looms incredibly large.

It's not as big of a deal as you may think. I still maintain we were not getting a host bid, regardless of the outcome this weekend.

We were not going to really improve on 4th or 5th place in the Big12 regular season.

As it stands, we still face Tech in OKC. No worries.

Play decent in the tourney and we will be fine. No better or worse than a 2 seed in the CWS.

Weird game tonight. Thought when Tres hit e solo shot, and Curtiss had a 2-run lead into B9, we'd close it out. Curtiss seemed to struggle with his off speed stuff, and that 2RBI lazy quail down the LF line was all she wrote.

Wasn't my best work, but got it done.

The crazy thing about the 9th is that each of their first three hits barely snuck past the infield. Curtiss did a good job, just not good enough.
