Rice, UF & FSU are the only 1 seeds that aren't playing for their respective championship tomorrow.

Maryland & Pepperdine (above) are the only teams to advance so far that did not host.

Kennesaw State wins the Tallahassee Regional with a 4-2 win over 'Bama. They move on to their first-ever Supers appearance and will play Louisville.

Miami scores in the top of the 10th and beats Texas Tech, 2-1. They'll play another for the win in Coral Gables Regional (and await the winner out of Gainesville).

College of Charleston is the 1st 4-seed to make it through to the Supers. They beat LBSU and won the Gainesville Regional.

Tech rebounds to be Miami in the decisive championship game, 4-0. They'll face CoC in the Supers.

Looking like the Big 12 will get 4 of 5 in the Supers and the SEC 2 of 10. Good job NCAA selection committee. Can't even take the NCAA seriously anymore.

Want proof that pitching wins come tournament time.

- Oklahoma State...11 runs allowed in 3 games
- TCU.........4 runs in 3 games
- UH..........13 runs in 5 games
- Tech.......4 runs in 4 games
- Texas......7 runs in 4 games
- Pepperdine....9 runs in 3 games
- Virginia....3 runs in 3 games
- Maryland...7 runs in 3 games
- Ole Miss....5 runs in 3 games
- ULL.....15 runs in 5 games
- Vanderbilt...4 runs in 3 games

You want proof that Texas pitching staff is also good. They gave up 7 runs in 4 games, and I believe 3 of those were unearned. This is without the number 2 starter.

UC-Irvine beat Oregon State last night in a fitting end to a wild weekend of upsets.

All winners are listed above.
