guys I still am trying to figure out how to copy and paste tweets, so I made this thread instead of cluttering up another one. I don't see a blue Twitter ball that everyone is talking about.

If you click on a Twitter Post, it'll take you to a dedicated link for that Tweet. For example, if you click on this Tweet:

It will take you to Malik's Twitter Account. Then you click on one of his tweets and you can see that the link for that tweet is as follows:

https://twitter.com/Official_MalikJ/status/559098798015004672

All you need to do is copy that web link and then do the following:

[ tweet = https://twitter.com/Official_MalikJ/status/559098798015004672 ]

Don't include the spaces. So it should like: left bracket, the word tweet, equal sign, twitter web link, right bracket When you've done that. You'll get the image posted above.

As NSD approaches, we'll undoubtedly have an influx of tweets shared on the board. For those who don't currently know how to post tweets, see my post above from last year and use this thread as a practice area.

how do you get the picture to show up?

You're close. It looks like the URL you put in was for the profile instead of the actual tweet itself. You'll want the tweet URL. You should be able to click the "share" button and copy the link that way.
