I'm gonna go for my favorite team the Texans. He was hurt last year and could not prove himself. Houston needs a few more WR's and say goodbye to M. Williams and J. Jones. Plus rumor has it that Foster might be on the cover of Madden 13, so the Texans will need to pass the ball more due to the curse.

Hines Ward is a straight-up gamer. Jacoby is a goner and Hines would be an inexpensive (?) option. Andre Johnson is always getting injured too so load up the Ward!
