Phil Mickelson is sick of cell phones on the golf course

Phil pulled out of the Memorial last week after one round but he let the PGA commish know that he thought fans take way too many photos while tournaments are going on. The funny thing is Mickelson sent the commish a text message explaining his frustrations.

The question is this: Can the PGA ban cell phone usage on the course? Should they?

Golf just isn't the same if Tiger is not winning. Heck, I ony watched last week because Tiger was in the hunt on Sunday. He is a bastard but he rules the golf world. These young golf players wearing funky clothes and flat billed hats are posers.
