Their 1st - 3rd Round picks.

Texans

1.1 Jadeveon Clowney, DE, USC

2.1 Jace Amaro, TE, TTU

3.1 Lamarcus Joyner, S, FSU

i completely agree not using the first pick on a QB. nobody worthy, but we have to get one in rnd 2 or 3, don't we ??
I don't think that's the case. I'm not a Texans fan but I watch quite a few of their games every year out of interest in the team alone. I truly feel like Keenum can be the Quarterback in Houston. But Houston will have to build around him. Regardless of whatever Quarterback plays for Houston next year, they have to address the Offensive Line. On top of that, they need to address the backup Halfback role. Keenum has shown he has what it takes to play at the Pro Level and with another year or two under his belt, I think he could actually be Top 10.

i'd love for you to be right, but i wasn't super impressed with keenum's audition last year. he wasn't horrible by any means, but there was never a time where i thought 'hell yes, we've got our man'.
frankly, as long as they don't pick manziel #1, i can probably live with most anything.

Texans - trades 1st pick to Cleveland for 2 1st rounders and a 2nd round

New draft positions:

Round 1

4th - Clowney

26th - Evans (if available) or Zack Martin

Round 2

Matthews or Kouandjhio

Round 3

Jeffcoat

Clowney and Matthews go on the trading block, after the draft, for an experienced QB and an experienced OL.

For this one, I was assuming we sign a free agent QB.

Also, that we lose Daniels at TE as FA. And we know from when was at NE that O'Brien likes using two TEs.

Like your picks with the trade down.
I would like to trade down but you have to have a willing partner.

LOL - I don't know - Cleveland is pretty stupid and it hinges on how badly they want the first choice. (Notice i didn't say haw badly they wanted Manziel)

People were saying they were hot for JFF and then the next day (or so), the entire front office got canned.

No one knows what is going on there, including inside the Browns.

But, yeah, perfect place for JFF.

I trade Romo for whatever I can get, does not matter. I draft a QB in the first round and another in the 4th round.

Nothing else the Cowboys do will work until Romo is not their QB.

for Matt Schaub?

I would like to trade you Colin Kaepernick straight up for Eli Manning. Would you take it?
Probably not. Only thing Kaepernick has on Eli is age. And Kap doesn't really fit into the Giants offensive mindset, although that may change with Gilbride retired.
