On the eve of the NCAA Tournament, let’s get some discussion about it going.

First Four are now complete.
11 Pitt, 16 A&M-Corpus Christi, 11 Arizona State & 16 Farleigh Dickinson have played their way into the 64-team field.

2 Texas takes on 15 Colgate tomorrow at 6:25 PM on TBS.

Games begin tomorrow at 11:15 AM on CBS, with further coverage on TruTV, TNT & TBS.

Other games of note on Thursday:

8 West Virginia vs 9 Maryland

4 Virginia vs 13 Furman

7 Missouri vs 10 Utah St.

5 San Diego St vs 12 Charleston

8 Arkansas vs 9 Illinois

8 Iowa vs 9 Auburn

7 Northwestern vs 10 Boise St

7 A&M vs 10 Penn St

How does everyone’s perfect bracket look tonight?  What’s your confidence level for UT? Any Day 1 big upsets you’re predicting?

Stay away from UCLA. Too many injuries.

I have two brackets. One of them has Texas in the final 4.

Don't sleep on Corpus Aggy. They can beat Pitt.

Virginia is a hot pick right now.

I don't think Tennessee wins their opening round game.

Not a big fan of most of the Big 10+ teams and SEC teams. Won't be surprised if by the end of the weekend both conferences only have 1 maybe 2 teams left. The big 12 on the other hand could have 4-6 teams left.

Don't  be surprised if the big east and big 12 dominate the round of 16 with few others.

K State damn near pissed away the game last night. Ran the shot clock down on their 2nd to last possession in regulation without passing and attempted a three from the edge of the March Madness logo. Did the same thing towards the end of overtime. Is Nowell their only player they trust in that situation?

K-State didn't need a three. Nowell just shoots whenever he feels like it I think.

Towards the end of regulation they could have iced the game if they had run any kind of offense. Instead Nowell just dribbled the ball above the key for for 95% of the shot clock. That will get them beat in the next round.

Houston is getting hosed by refs.lookslike school yard play iswinning combo. in todays style of play. Then I am old school contact and hand and arm checking should draw a foul.

Texas is about to be the top seed remaining after all #1 and the other #2 seeds gone. Now they need to win and not go the way of the other 1's and 2's.

Bama getting beat leaves me with two teams alive in my final four. K-State and Texas.

If I had made a bracket, which I never do, I would have picked Texas to win it all.

We are ok to wear jeans on Wednesday with a college shirt and jeans on Friday with a school shirt. OU week and this week I switched it up, school shirt on Wednesday and Texas shirt today. They all know I’m a rabid Longhorn. Longhorn lanyard, multiple Longhorn shirts, Burnt Orange Allbirds, etc.

Texas is playing their butts off right now.

Hook ‘em!

Who's left by conference?

Big 12:  2, UT and KSU

Big East:  Creighton and UConn

Mountain West:  SDSU

ACC:  Miami

CUSA:  FAU

WCC:  Gonzaga

SEC:  0

Big Ten:  0

Pac 12:  0

Based on seeding, UT and KSU would be favored for the Finals.

Got some interesting elite 8 games to see who is in the final 4.

UConn vs. Gonzaga

K-State vs. FAU

Texas vs. Miami

SDSU vs. Creighton

I thought that if UConn could get to the sweet 16; they might be the favorite to get to the final 4.

Is the point guard for K-State able to go in the game against FAU? This could  be one of the most entertaining games to watch.
