Name Your OWN Top 3

I thought it was time to have a little fun with this recruiting stuff.  I'm guessing everyone on here would commit to UT given the opportunity, but if someone put a gun to your head and made you submit two other universities, what would they be?

This is your chance, announce your top 3 and give reason(s) why.  Here is mine:

1)  University of Texas Have loved the school since I was a kid and certainly would be my dream school.

2)  UCLA  Visited the campus and absolutely love the area.

3)  Arizona State  The only coeds that can rival that of UT's.  Nothing like standing in line at Starbucks in nearby Scottsdale with ASU women everywhere, damn!

Deal Breaker:  Simply not playing in the cold.

You're allowed five official visits, so I'm gonna take 'em all. My choices all center around good southern schools with great golf!

1) University of Texas - duh

2) North Carolina - I really like the Research Triangle area

3) Florida State (could replace with UCF or USF if ever join P5 league) - Only a couple of hours away from great Gulf coast beaches

4) Arizona State - Have lunch on the patio at any campus restaurant. Eye candy galore

5) UCLA - Westwood > Watts by a long shot!

Texas - No explanation necessary 

Michigan - great school, great football tradition

UCLA - great school, hot guys

Stanford - great education and near the best city in the world

North Carolina - because MJ went there

1. UT 2. Stanford 3. Harvard 4. Michigan 5. Cal Tech. I like hanging out with folks who are smarter than me.

1.) The University of Texas - Because Texas.

2.) Louisiana State University - I grew up a Longhorn but I've always pulled for LSU due to some familial relations. 

3.) Stanford University - Because that's an impressive diploma.

If it was me and I wanted a career beyond football?

1.  UT - I grew up in Austin - end of story

2.  University of Washington - best primary care medical school in the US.

3.  SMU - hottest coeds with the richest parents

2. Notre Dame - Grew up Catholic.

3. Georgia - Have family in GA, regardless of the hate SEC pride pretty cool from outside looking in.

1. The University of Texas - because, well if your going to live in Texas, the connections are invaluable. Top ranked programs across the board. Best city in USA. Somebody stop me or I'll right an argument as Lon as War and Peace.

2. Rice University - if you can get in it really is a special place. No it's not for everyone but I just love the school. Prof to student ratio is so low. The intamacy of the institution is especially appealing.

3. SMU - hottest coeds with the richest parents. So well said. I figured this ou my sophomore year at UT. I then began to keep my eyes open and my radar on. Yes, I found my SMU Coed and we've been married 33 years.

1. DUH!!!

2. Cal (I live in NorCal and I tend to cheer for the flagship school of the state where I live).

3. Boston College (I started pulling for them when they began to beat Notre Dame years ago, plus my oldest sister has lived in Boston for eons).

4. Meat chicken (Always seemed to be a school that didn't cheat, a nephew went there and the woman I date is a cousin of Rick Leach).

5. New Mexico (I lived in that state for quite a few years and since they are never any good, I pull for them).

6. AF and Army (I was in the AF for over seven years, and my dad retired from the Army).
