Longhorn Fans after a long awaited big win

Feels good to actually have a big win against a good solid team after  "near misses" against UCLA and ou.

I know this does not magically solve all of the problems and make us contenders. Heck, Swoopes played a pretty bad game overall. In a way this makes this win even more impressive! We won this game with a solid running game and GREAT defense. The team has to learn how to win and why one game does not mean that they have reach that level, it is most certainly a huge step.

If we can find a way to beat a team that we should beat, we will get that all important bowl and more importantly the practices that come with it.

Great to beat a ranked team. The next real test will be next week in Stoolwater against OSU who will have had 2 weeks of preparation for this game.

This team certainly has progressed this year and I love the direction they are heading. A win next week will be a big indication that they are learning to win and can start putting back to back big games together.

If they beat OkStU this week, loooking ahead, the buildup for TCU on Thanksgiving will be fun.

It's nice to see the team win a game like yesterday's. They're really invested in the "process".
