Just signed up for one month. Obviously I did not read the fine print or I probably would not need to ask this.

Will the monthly prescription be automatically renewed ,which I prefer, or will I have to do this again a month from now.

Would have done the full year but I am almost as old as slim and that is a long time.

Bear...the sub is automatically renewed monthly. You don't have to worry about doing it yourself.

the downside is that if you accidentally post another baseball jinx comment you get billed again, and that one automatically renews each month too.

and to get it off of your bill, you have to call Rivals customer support which leads to hemorrhoids which means you have to go to the doc and get them removed which is a pain in the ass, not to mention costly, which of course means you have to go visit your therapist which costs even more money, which gives you an ulcer and then, you guessed it, visit to the gastroenterologist (more money) etc, etc, ad infinitum ad nauseum.

safest thing to do is just sign up for a year and in the meantime, don't post any more baseball jinx threads.

this internet stuff is perplexing.

Slim

At least you know the jinx was an accident. As I am also sure you know the average fan doesn't even believe in the baseball gods. But they don't need to. The baseball gods don't give two shits about what average Joe Fan says. If you don't know what "down in foul back in fair" or playing "pepper"means then the gods consider you irrelevant.

But guys like us can piss them off with any stupid comment. There is a very fine line between complementing one of your players and bragging on your team. Every couple of years I will slip over that line and summon hail and brimstone.

I have devised various punishments over the years to get back in good with them but the first step is admitting your mistake, and recognizing their supremacy. I stand naked before them.
