He actually has no one to contend with his taking over the conversation in college football. I feel the Longhorns will pay for his success in the recruiting losses.
I want to take yet another opportunity to thank Mack Brown for the humiliation of this years Red River Shoot Out. Watching WVU run up and down the field just made me realize, again, how truly unprepared the team was in that game. This slow starting bullshite with Mack better stop next season or else!
How the hell did Baylor beat Kansas St so badly? Baylor hasn't played defense in years and they do so against the bogus number one team in the land. I am still pissed our win over them will be diminished.
We could still win the Big XII. When we beat KSU and OSU beats the Sooners, we have the tie breaker, or so I read on Twitter and that is as good a source as any other. If anyone knows the real tie breaker, please enlighten the masses.
Here is a legit question. Why is Bama elevated over all the other one loss teams? They lost at home to Agie and that is a better loss than Oregon to Stanford in overtime? Why? Every day I hate the SEC a little more and one of my joys is joining my Twitter buddies, especially Big Mike/@MBHORNSFAN and Johnny/@Texas0205 go after Agie and the SEC with such vigor. Showing my age since no one uses vigor anymore..sue me!

Coach Royal's tribute/memorial was so moving. Watching Mrs Royal with her 'Horns Up' made the hair stand up and I couldn't keep my eyes dry. There are some transcendent figures in a lifetime and Coach Royal is near the top of that list. I am still looking for a video and when available I hope someone will post it here. RIP Coach
Thanksgiving..I am going over to my sisters and eating too much but have time between games for a nap or two. What are your plans? and..of course if traveling, travel safely. Hope everyone has a great holiday season.
Finally, where does Texas go for their bowl game? I'm now thinking about the Cotton Bowl and LSU. I am thinking less and less about the chances of playing Agie in the Cotton Bowl. With all the Johnnie Football fever there is no way they keep them out of a BCS bowl. Is there?
