My two teams are just about to get my last nerve to destruct. Saturday I watched a cluster-F@#K of a team disguised in Longhorn uniforms have to make a miracle comeback to beat Kansas. It got worse Sunday when the team, formerly known as America's Team, self destruct and lose another totally winnable game against the Super Bowl champion Giants.

Worse is after initially wanting to burn my team colors in effigy, I follow on Monday by wanting to make excuses. The oxygen filled brain on Sat/Sun become the brain dead apologist on Monday. I can't seem to help myself. I am like the golfer who is in the locker room after a horrible round of golf. He slashes his wrists and puts them in the sink. His buddy comes by and asks if he is up for a round tomorrow. He puts his wrist together to cover the cuts and asks what time. I am that guy without the cut wrists.

I don't smoke since I feel there should be one vice I don't betake but after this weekend's f##king I need a cigarette.

OH Well:

That Dallas loss cuts like a knife because it was to NY. Now they are tied for second in what looks like a crappy division (with the exception of the Giants) and posess a losing record at 3-4. They let that one get away from them - as they seem to do quite frequently these days.
