Saw this on another site.

Ohio State had 13 first downs and 277 yards of offense against a defense that Texas had 17 first downs and 366 yards of offense against. And Texas had a true freshman QB.

Here's more.

The tOSU offense struggled. They had 277 total yards. USC had 413 total yards and ran 81 plays to tOSU 55 plays. USC lead in TOP 35 minutes to 25 minutes. USC converted 6 of 19 third downs, tOSU converted 2 of 12.Barrett led tOSU in rushing with 66 yards. The tOSU RB's carried the ball 18 times for 57 yards (3.1 YPC) and the longest run from scrimmage by their RB's was SEVEN yards. Eerily similar to our game against USC.The 4 TO's by USC including a pick 6 and a fumble on their 1st possession that gave tOSU the ball at the USC 18 and another fumble deep in tOSU territory was the difference in the game.tOSU had one sustained drive the entire game which resulted in a FG on the first play of 2nd quarter (they gained 88 yards on 12 plays on that drive). In the 2nd half tOSU ran 24 plays for about 94 yards.
