How do I turn off "Chat Now" deal at bottom?

There are two down arrows on the right - If you click that, the chat options will close. Also the gear icon next to the arrows has options for you to disable popup and sound notifications.

There should be something you click on in the right corner to hide and it should sign you out. Also try clicking the wheel on the bottom right. This is for computer.
