Higdon now tweeting about his definition of "home run"

If Riley was coordinating the passing game and Wickline was handling the running game, I would be one gruntled Longhorn. That would be a homer for me.
x2. Like your thinking

Does Higdon really know or he is just trying to increase his number of followers?
He has a relationship with strong. There's more info on the other Higdon thread discussing his credibility.

Personally, I'm a little surprised that people allowed themselves to get caught up in the Morris talk. Unless Texas were to implement a two to three year non-compete clause in the Morris Contract, they'd be dumb to bring him in. Why? Because he'd just turn around and leave for a HC Gig next year. And Morris wouldn't be wise to accept a contract with a non-compete clause. In my opinion, it was never a good idea to wrap yourself up in the idea that Morris would be our OC.

What's this guy saying now? Home run still? Or is he hedging and crawfishing? Sounds to me like he doesn't know jack, just like everyone else.

I think it is because we are a large fan base and there will always be a few that are unhappy. Also, he may think Watson is a home run hire. Who knows what it means. Maybe he is just trying to generate more interest in his tweeter.

"there will always be a few that are unhappy" is the understatement of all recorded time.
