I got the same thing form a friend today (Jan 3-5). Not on committee, but "connected".

No real need to rush it at this point. Make sure the person is properly vetted. Take time and not feel pressured into simply settling. FWIW

Wouldn't January 3-5 eliminate both coaches in the national championship game as well as the pro coaches? Who does that leave?
