Remember former Texas all-american kicker Russell Erxleben? He played for the Horns in the late 70's and owns the UT record for longest field goal kicked - 67 yards.
He has been indicted by the feds on 5 counts of wire fraud for scamming more than $2 million from investors. Erxleben is 56 years old and previously spent time in prison for securities fraud.
More than likely he will spend the rest of his life in prison. Sad story about one hell of a kicker and former 1st round draft pick.
