This looks like an inside job to me. Winston walks up to the counter just as the guy sets it up there. Did he call in the order ahead of time? Something reeks!

Nothing unsavory happening with the seafood department clerk.

Go to any upscale grocer like Central Market.  You don't pay for that merchandise at the counter.  Winston just attempted to skate without paying his $32.50.

I saw another surveillance video where he avoided a Publix security officer.  It wasn't an inside job.  Don't over-think it.
