Could we se OU twice this year??

What is the chance we have to play this game all over again in the conference title game. I know there is a lot more football to be played, and  any of the teams we now have left can certainly steal a victory from us if the team does not have their head in each and every game.  I hope we do not see OU a second time this season as this was enough for me this year.  Hook'em!

OU have there handful against TCU in couple weeks. Now with now DC, could be even uglier. Maybe.... hope Perkins and Ron Tatum are enjoying themselves

I think OU drops another before the end of the season. IMO, when you fire your DC halfway into the season, you're mailing it in. I mean, they replaced him with an analyst. How could that be an improvement?

Mikey has had his issues in the last 10 years or so. But remember, he was also the one who coached up that 2000 defense that just throttled us and shut down Free Shoes U in the MNC. Mikey has had his moments. Just not lately.

Someone should start a thread and let's help OU pick their next guy. Firing Mikey is not what we wanted. lol

New ou DC...Rufus McNeil is much more than an analyst.  He has some skins on the wall.  He has been around the block a time or two...

Thats not who I heard was being made interim.

McNeil was fired at East Carolina after being let go at Tech where he was DC.

He's been largely hit and miss.

I will be honest and say that I think it would be very difficult for us to beat OU twice as I think Murray would play much better the second time around and we might not be as healthy as there are no easy games it seems this year.  Not sure how I feel about facing a new DC.

New DC or not they still have the same Entitled Kids that cant wrap up.... The fundamentals just aren't there. Murry was confused half the game and Orlando will have another scheme for him. I think it'll be hard for sooner to get past TCU next weekend let alone WVU......Texas curb stomped them for 3 1/2 quarters, i would not be scared to face them again. In Herman i trust

We have to get there first but that said, I hope ousux isn't in that game.  That pretty much means they win out.  I don't want them to have that good of a season with the chance to win the conference.  Would rather see them lose all remaining games.
