Bowl Scenarios

Buddy of mine is hinting that A&M will be in the Independence Bowl and that the SEC rep for the Texas Bowl will be LSU. Given that the bowl destination for A&M has switched at the last second each of the last two years, I wouldn't call this info concrete.However, I figured I would pass it along since the general consensus amongst Texas fan sites is that they will be headed to Houston for bowl season.
