Ash to play most of Holiday Bowl?

Reading reports that David Ash will get the majority of the snaps in the Holiday Bowl. Running game should be back in full force but I am worried about Ash throwing too many picks. Anyone with me?

They either need to start one or the other. This flip flopping will only hurt their growth. If Ash plays the entire bowl game, then they need to go with him to the season next year with him as the starter. Just choose one...

I was kidna gettin' used to McCoy. It might not matter because Connor BRewer or Jalen Overstreet may win the job next season!

OK, what the F@#K has Ash done to deserve additional playing time? It is about as stupid as giving Mack an extension.

I think McCoy should start and play the majority if not all of the bowl game. I still think he gives us a better chance to win than Ash does.

Young McCoy has hardly been money but he has shown the ability to throw a pass, something Ash has shown can't do.

McCoy has shown us more than Ash-n-burn has - that's for damn sure. I hope Brewer or Overstreet can come in and compete immediately for the job. Watch Gilbert throw for 3000 yards next season at SMU...

Either Ash or McCoy could turn out to be a damn fine qb for Texas in a year or two. It is still too early to be calling guys out. Hell, they transfer and we are back to starting a freshman again next year. Still not too keen on McCoy's crybaby stuff he pulled in the OU game and beyond.
