How was this guy just a 4 star? Watch the Hudl highlights I posted where he works Kendall Sheffield (who some consider the best CB in the country). Granted, Foreman was a high 4 star and Sheffield is a year younger but still......

Armanti Foreman is my choice for being an impact offensive player this year.  He has a year in the program and has the ability to affect the game receiving and as a returner.
