Affordable Care Act and the Supreme Court

Affordable Care Act upheld. Chief Justice John Roberts voted across the aisle on this one. Individual mandate upheld.

OK..the individual mandate is a total red herring..When the bill was first proposed there were penalties if one didn't take out insurance but now, thanks to Ben Nelson, there is a penality of nothing. It states that a person that does not take out insurance will not be fined ..So a big to do over nothing..

Red Herring or not Obama is a liar much like Romney. Both of these guys are horrific leaders and it is a shame we don't have anything else. Eric Holder was held in contempt today, American Healthcare was transformed today, slightly for the better............. The American leadership is a sellout and I long for the days of a real politician instead of a partisan. I will tell you now that I am buying several new firearms this week and I suggest you do the same.
