A Few Random Thoughts After Just Now Watching Replay of Game

Was traveling from Monterey to San Fran Saturday after "enjoying life" for a few days and just now got to watch a replay of the game. 

- Don't know if our defense is the best in college football but there damn sure isn't that many teams ahead of us.

- Holton Hill is damn good. As is Malik and Poona. 

- Kris Boyd played his best game of the year. 

- We need to pull out of the stops to keep Todd Orlando for as along as we can. 

- Don't have any words to describe the play of the offensive line. 

- Chris Warren runs pretty damn soft for a running back his size.

- Sam is probably going to be a pretty good QB when it is all said and done but I really don't see anything that tells me he has the "IT" factor. 

- Jerrod Heard could very well be the best QB and RB on the team. 

- I'm glad that I'm not the Offensive Coordinator for this year's team. 

- Something tells me that Herman and the rest of his coaching staff on offense are seeing things and know things that the average "expert" poster on all the various Texas websites and boards have no clue about.
