SUMMARY

- winter transfer window is now December 4th to January 3rd, shrinking down to 30 days
- any player whose team is in the playoff, or playing in a late bowl game, will be afforded a grace period into mid-January
- the spring window remains the same from April 15th to April 30th
- graduate transfers now have a deadline of May 1st to make their intentions known
