It’s finally game week. Anxious to see the Horns vs a pass happy CSU. Openers can be “interesting “ sometimes, as evidenced by the 3 games yesterday. What story lines do you guys see as we head into the opener?

All day, I have been mulling the sad state of basketball. So... if Shaka is not the guy, who? Be realistic. Coach K isn’t coming and I don’t even think Beard is a realistic possibility. I have no suggestions so I’m curious what y’all think.

Dish fighting with channel 8 and not showing the game. Anybody have any ideas for alternative viewing?

Tech zoomed down the field on their opening drive for a score. Their kicker is worse than ours though and missed the point after. Another upset in the making?????

Just for the fun of it, while we agonize until September 4th, let's take a very unofficial Hornsports survey of who we think will start at QB. Just saw a crawl across my ESPN screen that KD Canon was out "indefinitely" with a knee injury. Anybody know any more. That's a serious blow to an already reeling Baylor team.

It's finally here, game week. I'm ready to see our Horns take the Charlie Strong experience to phase 2. I am optimistic that this year's team will be improved over last year's frustration. What a way to start, at South Bend! Saturday can't get here soon enough.
