You wonder though when the least penalized team in the SEC, Alabama has more yardage assessed against them, 258 than Texas has gained on opponents penalties 188.not necessarily a bad thing, right? I mean, it shows the Horns have had to do it on their own.
I could see this happeningI hate to say this, but is Arch ruined? Broken by a historically bad OL? If I were Arch I would hit the transfer portal this January. Things just aren't working out at Texas. When does Arch and the rest of the family become concerned about his development?
How has he been in the program for 3 years and looks like this? If he was a freshman, sure, but 3rd year player?I hate to say this, but is Arch ruined? Broken by a historically bad OL? I've had the same thought. I hope not. I remember that David Carr came into the NFL very highly rated and successful. The imaginary offensive line of the Houston Texans turned every play into a race for survival. Carr was sacked 76 (seventy-six) times in 2002. After a few years, he became a horror show. Let's hope we get Arch some better protection by the end of the season.I hate to say this, but is Arch ruined? Broken by a historically bad OL? The problem with holding back.... is when you stop holding back, you have already established a playing style. Mack Brown used to hold back leading up to the OU game.... how did that work out? When Sark was asked if they were holding back he said that they were building a foundation and not holding back. When translated into every day English means they have been holding back.
That's a pretty big drop between 2 and 3. Must be a bunch of lollygaggers. The Manhattan Institute's City Journal looked at 100 colleges. Including in the rankings was a look at the strength of its curriculum and whether the institution was providing excellence or coasting on fancy reputation.
