The season is almost over and yet here we are with another week of picks to make. This should be a fun week for us. By the way, can anyone explain to me how Ole Miss can lose to three unranked opponents and still be in the Top 15?

Good Luck!

Tennessee @ Vanderbilt

South Carolina @ Clemson

I guess I’ll start lol before the Pinot, champagne and beer permeate my veins throughout the weekend.

Georgia in a blowout.

Ohio State in a blowout.

Tennessee in a close one.

South Carolina just barely in perhaps the closest game this weekend.

Louisville

Texas Tech

Alabama

Miami

Missouri

LSU

Texas wins 38-20. I’ve been dogging him for half the season it seems (and deservedly so) but QE3 has a masterful game and he finally hits on some deep passes with consistency. The game is close early but a TD by future Thorpe Award winner JB7 helps Texas pull away (seals the Thorpe award for him). Blue has himself a game (and no fumbles).

This is rivalry week so expect the unexpected.

Georgia Tech @ Georgia - Kirby will have his team ready. No upset here.

Michigan @ Ohio State - Michigan ain't that good. Though they will keep it close at the beginning of the game.

Tennessee @ Vanderbilt - Vandy plays well at home but Tennessee needs this for the CFP. Tennessee in a close one.

South Carolina @ Clemson - Is Clemson any good? We're about to find out. I'm going with the Gamecocks. The only way Clemson gets into the CFP is winning the conference.

Louisville @ Kentucky - Lou-a-vil.

West Virginia at Texas Tech - In the I don't give a $hit game, I'll go with TTU since a couple of my neighbors went there.

Auburn at Alabama - Bama on the outside looking in, needs lots of help. They will run the bejessus out of Auburn.

Miami at Syracuse - Is Miami any good? We're about to find out. Going with the U in this toss up.

Arkansas at Missouri - Missouri shows a little life but the Razorbacks win it in the end.

Oklahoma @ LSU - ouSux.

Texas specific predicitons:

Offense:
Tre Wisner >100 yards rushing - with injured quinn or Arch we lean more on the run game than normal and A&M can be had on the ground. Tre is the trusted RB right now.

Kelvin Banks no sacks or pressures given up. Seals the deal for the outland trophy.

Defense:
Barron causes a turnover, Anthony Hill with at least 1 sack - Big time players make big time plays in big time games. Jahdae seals the deal on the Thorpe and Anthony Hill makes it clear he was a snub for the Butkus.

17 or fewer points given up - Sark plays more ball control and fewer possessions than normal. Defense shows up big time.

Texas 27 - A&M 17

I'll add another prediction. Arch gets 10+ plays, not because of Quinn's injury, but because of A&M's defense having trouble with mobile QB's. Also Arch throws a much better deep ball than Quinn and A&M has trouble with that as well.

Ga, OSU, Ten, South Car, Aub, Ken, TT, Miami, Missouri, LSU a$m 24 UT 17......our O and QB lose this one Hope I am wrong

What a wild and crazy weekend of college football it truly was.

Georgia going 8 OTs to knock off Ga Tech . . . Michigan upsetting Ohio State . . . Miami losing again . . . Texas shutting down aggy.

This was not an easy week for pickers .. .

Myself and Sunkist tied for first place with two misses. With the Texas-TAM tiebreaker, I was able to snatch victory from the jaws of Sunkist. lol

I am exicted I will be able to save shippinig costs on the steak knives.

How everyone scored today:

Baron – 3 misses
JBTexasEx – 3 misses
Hookemhorb – 3 misses

BruiseLee – 4 misses
Chapalahorn – 4 misses
Dillohorn1 – 4 misses
DMAC – 4 misses
NEOKHorn – 4 misses
General Hooker – 4 misses
PTA – 4 misses

Offense:
Tre Wisner >100 yards rushing - I was very much correct on this one.

Kelvin Banks no sacks or pressures given up. I was correct here too but due to injury. That said, Goolsby came in and also gave up no sacks or pressures.

Defense:
Barron causes a turnover, Anthony Hill with at least 1 sack - Both had big games, but neither with a TO or sack.

17 or fewer points given up - 0 points was the final tally against the D
