So either they are recruiting elite interior lineman or they are damn good coaches

Yeah, he's not elite. He has potential but like MBH said above, he's a project. This comes from Gerry Hamilton and was said more than a month ago.

159 in ESPN 300. "Elite" is subjective. If he's on this list, I would say he's elite considering the number of HS athletes in the country.

I don't think thats what he was doing as nobody I know has anything against Sanders to make Gerry say something like that.

Gerry has a tendency to be right, most of the time.

Well the staff is really not worried about missing on him. And he is not elite. Elite players do not take 2-3 years to develop.

Do you remember the list 1 through 5? I'd be interested to hear it.

Brown and Sharma were 1 and 2. We went 1 for 2 there. At 3 was/is Myron Charles and 4 Kevin Wynn.

Sanders was 5 simply because he said he was not ready to contribute at the D1 level as a freshman. Hamilton said it woudl take a couple of years before he'd have a meaningful impact on the DL.

What I hear is that we're still recruiting Charles (FSU) and Chace Sims (aggy) to flip one or both.
