Unfortunately, I don't think Tech loses 6 games. Joey McGuire has got it going on up there. He's going to be difficult to beat. Glad we only have to play them this year.

What Hudson should think about is Lubbock is a long way away from any major market and now that UT/ou leave the Big 12, it's a glorified Mountain West conference at that point. And that is where he will reside if he stays with his Tech preference.

I am glad after this year we never play Tech again and it has nothing to do with their DWI coach.

Agree. I hate having to play Tech. We are their super bowl every time we play them.

I suspect that part of how we got out of the BIG12 was to agree to play some BIG12 out of conference games,  so my expectation is we will play them every 5 years or so.

When you are Texas everyone wants to beat you. We have lots of built in advantages, so hopefully we can embrace that and perform at such a high and consistent level that it won't matter.  Kind of like Alabama has been for the last decade. When that happens people will no longer ask if Texas is back.
