No one said 2024 was bad. Understand that Texas is one of the top states in talent year in and year out. That being said, next year's class has top rated players all over the place. Sark will always go out of state if needed, but he won't have to as much next year.

Under Armour is holding a special event for blue-chip underclassmen this weekend called the Future50, and it's taking place on the IMG Academy campus.

QB KJ Lacey will be participating and IT said he chose to go to this event instead of the annual Manning Passing Academy (Ewers and Manning are counselors) so he could throw to all of the elite WRs and recruit.

He also mentioned he plans on being back in Austin the last week of July for Texas' big recruiting weekend before the season starts.

Lacey told IT he expects his teammate, five-star WR Ryan Williams, to be in Austin with him at that time.
