They have an abusive relationship. He alleges that she is the primary instigator and has audio. 

Many, if not most men abusing their partners will blame the abuse on the partner. So although you can't ignore Beard's assertion you have to view it with some degree of skepticism. 

Considering his financial position it seems likely that it will be in both their financial interests to sweap this under the rug as best they can. Without her cooperation I wouldn't think the prosecution is likely to proceed. 

So if we assume the legal case evaporates,  then the University has to decide if they want to try ro white wash this.  

My guess is the university puts him on leave and starts digging into the facts and history,  consults with some top notch public relations experts before deciding how to proceed.

So, the lady longhorns volleyball team won the semi-finals game against the San Diego team. They didn't play well in the 1st set, but won the final 3 sets.
