well, like all arrests, we need to wait for the facts in the matter.  However, if this is at all true then Beard is finished at Texas and most likely basketball (at least in the NCAA).  

Does Rodney Terry step up in the interim and then they find a new coach in April (if the allegations are found to be true)?
