Pete with maybe his best career start. Nice to see him back to his early season form after a few rough outings.

Offense just couldn't break through tonight. Started getting on base in the 2nd half of the game but couldn't cash guys in. I think we hit into double plays twice to end innings with a guy on 3rd.

BTW, local news stated yesterday evening that all 3 games were sellouts but from what little I saw, there appeared to be a lot of empty seats.

I'm not certain how all that works, but I have to believe that they count the season ticket holders as 'in attendance' when they make the announcement, even if they don't actually attend.  I'll do some research and let ya know.

We had 8 LOB and 6 of those in scoring position. Hopefully the offense gets those timely hits tonight and tomorrow.
