We are discussing the number of scotus justices.  You are deflecting.  Stay on topic
I’m done with this. You responded about the personal v legal opinions. You focused on the personal to make your point saying it’s about the legal opinion. I flipped it back and focused on her legal opinions but you cannot agree those positions she took. Which lends to my point... you think she’s not right on those but you want hold on to what she may have said about FDR and justices. I’m not gonna waste my time. I don’t know how your life works but just because you ask me to provide you an answer to question, doesn’t mean I will give it to you. Especially when you won’t agree no matter what. Trump is about to be out. Life is good. I won’t waste my energy arguing with someone about that man. He’s irrelevant now. He’s fired.

Wait do you not think people like me have lost faith in the government when Republicans block a SCOTUS appointment. And then seat one going against the reasoning they gave when blocking the prior appointment?? That shows you the issue. You see it as Pandora’s box. People like me see it as right wrongs.
While I can see your point to some extent when it comes to ACB and Garland.  The difference is history.  The last time a nominee was appointed by opposing parties in the Senate and executive branch during an election year was 90ish year ago.  On the other hand there have been 16 times it has happened when the same controlled both branches.  So exactly how is this radical.  It is consistent with history which therefore means it is not radical

Why?  I am asking for one example not a name.  Surely you have a reason to believe this.  I am just asking for one example that Trump radicalized the executive branch.  This is a very civil discourse.  Let's finish it

Look this is a spaghetti argument.  Just stay on topic.  I cited a legal opinion by RBG over court packing.  You brought up a personal opinion of RBG over her replacement.  Then you deflected to the 2A and impeachment.  Why are you changing topics?  Stay the course and lets finish the packing topic then we can discuss 2a or impeachment if you wish

I didn't vote for Biden and I'm not optimistic of how he will lead the country however I hope I'm wrong. Guess we'll see.

‘Shown No Evidence’: NY PostWSJ Editorial Boards Call Out Trump Over Attacks on Election, Push Him to Exit With ‘Dignity’

If Trump has proof, he needs to show it to the courts.  If it is proven Biden did indeed win, then Trump needs to concede.  Until then, there are vote tally’s that qualify for recounts and every one of us is due their day in court.

@DMAC You need to focus dude. Stop feeding the troll. Most of us have him ignored but when you quote him you're subjecting the rest of us to his drivel. Just sayin' bro.
????????? .... but but Hunter Biden.... but but China.... but but cognitive decline.... but but the Trump rallies.... but but the stock market.... that to me is drivel. Didn’t mean shit when it came down to it. And with that. Back to listening to that YG and Nipsey (RIP) song I’ve been rockin all day. Hook em.

Wow! Im watching Clemson vs ND. NBC interrupted the game to broadcast Kamala Harris victory speech. They are still counting votes. SMH

Harris-Biden administration’s first screw up.  Interfering college football fir a stupid speech.   Trump would have know not to do that.

I hope that the Supremes take a serious look at the mail in vote. The lack of security was a joke and the election will always be in doubt in many people’s minds, mine included. It’s an embarrassment. We should just say, “Come to America and vote.  Just drop it in the vote box.”

As a woman who grew up in South Texas, it is reminiscent of Ballot Box 13 in Duval County. If you have never heard of it, you should look it up. It happened. It went missing for 24 hours. Later, it was proven that people who had been deceased for 20 years voted in that election.

The man that ballot box put over the top was a Democrat and was elected. If you want to know more, Google it.

I will not acknowledge Biden. I don’t respect him. One reason is because he lies, and I heard him tell two whoppers.  He stands for many things that I oppose with my whole being, one is third trimester abortions, and not only for the life of the mother.

Defunding police?  That’s comforting, since he would be commander-in-chief.  Just hope he can make up his mind, that does seem to be a problem.

I wasn’t a big fan of Trump, but I have no faith in Biden. The fact that the vote was so evenly split during a pandemic and with the unrest in the US is a testament to the quality of candidate that Biden is. Very poor, indeed.

The day after the election, I heard the daughter of MLK say that she witnessed an incidence of voting fraud. She said that they needed to do what it took to make certain that it did not influence the election.
