I don’t know... Herman better be the most enjoyable person to work for or these coaches better be sold on the fact that they have the greatest chance of a future HC job.

human nature especially among the best is to be compensated very well.

They will still be compensated very well. I think most got raises. Only difference is it’s a 1 year contract. Not 2.

Really beefing up the analyst room. Adding the Old K-State OC to the room now.

Glad to have these analysts on staff but I'm curious how many can we get?

Also it seems like a lot of offensive analysts, who do we have for defense?

After last year, I could make the case for an equal number on defense....

We also just got the CB coach from UH on Majors staff, Paul Williams.

I don't think there's a limit

Herman has made his bones as an offensive coach. I like it that he’s not too insecure to get offensive input.

I’m sure he is listening to his DC regarding any defensive input.

Has anyone seen the analysis on NFL.com on Gary Johnson?

  • Marginal athlete with segmented, heavy movements in space
  • Short-strider lacking desired sideline-to-sideline range
  • Struggles to access desired lateral burst in his flow to the ball

That's not the player I remember.

Who the hell were they watching? Not Gary Johnson!

watch the comeback tackle on Georgia QB in the 1st quarter. He's going to break out for a 1st down, and GJ comes out of nowhere and tackles him for a short game. Huge play early in that game.

Didn't see a draft thread and not trying to derail this one but.... Kyler just measured in at 5'10.1 and 207lbs, call it a hunch but I think he goes #1 overall. If he runs sub 4.4 forty hes a lock for Top 3.

I didn’t figure him to be much taller than 5’10”
