Texas, in the Big 12, is kicking ass in recruiting. Baylor is also in the Big 12, so...

At the time, there was a glitch that showed their must recent commits (TE and DE) were 5 stars with a rating of 1.5 or something outrageous. Those 2 1.5 scores made them the #1 class until it was corrected

I guess he means that recruits that are committed to the coach and not to the university are more into taking visits elsewhere I guess
