At what point did Sterlin cross paths with Williams? Is he familiar with our newfangled Spread offense and how to teach it?
Ran the veer under Jim Wacker at TCU and Minnesota. The Briles offense is built off some veer principles.
i don't know anything about him. but when i look at this, i see someone that has done the same thing over and over for a long time. there are 2 ways to look at that. does he not have the capacity to handle any further responsibilities, i.e. limited, or maybe he just hasn't been given opportunities...but that's a long time to not be given an opportunity to advance.Was at South Carolina in 2003 when Charlie was there.
Experience coaching WR's all the way back to 1988. Time split pretty evenly between college and NFL.

Hope you are right. I want every coach to be at least a good recruiter.This guy is going to help us get a foot in the door into California and Florida. National recruiting presence is going to strengthen.
