Ran the veer under Jim Wacker at TCU and Minnesota. The Briles offense is built off some veer principles.

i don't know anything about him.  but when i look at this, i see someone that has done the same thing over and over for a long time.  there are 2 ways to look at that.  does he not have the capacity to handle any further responsibilities, i.e. limited, or maybe he just hasn't been given opportunities...but that's a long time to not be given an opportunity to advance.
